I was made redundant in early last year and undertook Jennifer's career change programme.  I would summarise the benefits of her approach as follows:

(a) She is very astute at analysing where her clients' current situation. She does this by asking the right kinds of questions and by bringing fresh perspectives that tend not be obvious.

(b) Her insights are grounded in real world experience and at every stage of working with Jennifer it is clear that her she is very good at distilling problems down to their essential elements.

(c) Arising from (a) and (b) above Jennifer has helped me to crystallise my thoughts and move forward in a very dynamic way. She is optimistic, infectiously positive and she makes the process of major change simultaneously possible and indeed welcome.
