Goal Setting
Having established the client's purpose, it can be beneficial to develop a purpose statement. It can serve as a frame of reference, aid decision making and provide a trigger for creating a vision and goals that are focused and meaningful.
Goals are used to provide a structure to the coaching session itself and as a clear focus for resulting action. Goals should be realistic but no too easy so that the client is able to achieve it easily. Goals should be specific, measured, achievable, relevant and timed (SMART).

Coaching Programmes and Outcomes

- At the end of our working contract we will formally review and evaluate the progress you have made and the results you have achieved.
