My Philosophy
I believe that we all have all the ability and skills needed to help realise our personal and professional dreams. To start to tap in to these abilities we firstly need to commit to not settling for anything less than what we really want. My Mission
To provide encouragement, challenge, listening and partnership - helping find the tools you need to achieve your greatest goals professionally and personally, leading to a fulfilling, balanced and successful life with more ease and fun.

Coaching Experience and Training
I trained in 2003 and qualified with a Diploma in Coaching (Distinction) from The Coaching Academy, Europe 's largest provider of coach training. This is externally moderated by the Open College Network and accredited by the ODLQC (Open and Distance Learning Quality Control). I am a member of the International Federation of Coaching, European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Association for Coaching and undertake supervision to ensure my Code of Ethics and Continuous Professional Development is maintained.

I enjoy working with clients who have already been successful in their lives and work but often just want to create more. This may be achieving more in their current profession or to a complete career change; or it maybe achieving a better work-life balance. I believe people can often achieve more than what they think they can.

Prior Experience
I have 20 years business experience across Europe in management, marketing and sales working for global food ingredient organisations. My key skills and personal attributes are:

• Highly self motivated with a continuous strive for excellence
• An ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Managing change in the work environment

Beyond My Credentials
I'm Australian having first arrived in the UK in 1991 and married with one son. I am driven by meeting new people and places and I am passionate about working with people as a catalyst to help them achieve their goals. Nothing is more fulfilling for me than helping others live the life they truly want. In my free time I love to read, travel and pursuit of outdoor activities.
